Our comfortable 3 room apartment of 120 square meters is located on the first floor of the villa, with a balcony (12 m2) and a terrace (30 m2) with furniture. Each room, the balcony and the terrace are with sea view.
The two bedrooms have a double bed (1,6 x 2 m) while each of the two separate living/dining rooms has a convertible sofa (1,4 x 2m). A fireplace with wood included can be located in the living room as well. The apartment has 2 bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 ceramic hobs, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator/freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The apartment has air conditioning and oil central heating.
Parking is available on the property.
The apartment is accessible both from within the house and from the separate outside entrance.
