Our cozy and comfortable 1 room apartment of 43 square meters is located on the top floor of the villa, with a terrace (20 m2) with furniture. Each room with sea view.
The bedroom has a double bed (1,6 x 2 m) while the living/dining room has a convertible sofa (1,6 x 2m).
The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 ceramic hobs, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The apartment has air conditioning and oil central heating.
