Our cozy and comfortable 2 room apartment of 64 square meters is located on the ground floor of the villa, with a terrace (22 m2) furniture. Each room, the balcony and the terrace are with sea view.
The two bedrooms have a double bed (1,6 x 2 m) while the separate living/dining room has a convertible sofa (1,6 x 2m). The apartment has 2 bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 ceramic hobs, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator/freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The apartment has air conditioning and oil central heating.
Parking is available on the property.
The apartment is accessible both from within the house and from the separate outside entrance.
